Hoping to make these today - by the rave reviews, can't wait!

Question: How many garlic cloves?   Could these be made with Beef?  (some of our household won't eat lamb)

I was looking for a way to use up left over lamb from a roast lamb. I came across this recipe and it was perfect - used cooked lamb meat in place of mince and the kids loved it. Served with natural yoghurt mixed with grated cucumber and mint sauce

Made these into burgers with tzatziki and fresh salad, were an absolute hit and even my fussy 3yr old scoffed his. I doubled the quantity and gave half to my SIL who also had them as burgers and her kids went back for seconds

    These are absolutely divine!!!

I made them into patties and had lamb burgers on wholegrain rolls with lettuce and sauce (1/4 cup greek yoghurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 minced garlic clove). And I fell in love with them!

Thanks for the recipe, I am definitely making this multiple times, can't wait to attempt the meatballs too :)
