Recipe's preparation
Add all indredients and mix 5 minutes, 30 seconds, speed 1.
Prepare leg ham by removing skin, cut around the shank of the ham, about 10cm from the end. Run a knife under the rind around the edge or the ham. Gently lift the rind off in 1 piece by running your fingers between the rind and the fat. Score the fat in a diamond pattern adn stud the centres of the diamonds with cloves.
Line a large baking dish with baking paper. Place an oven shelf in the lowest position.
Pour the glaze over the ham. Bake uncovered 160 degrees approxmately 1 hour 30 minutes, basting every 25 minutes.
