Meatballs with Hidden Kale

  • 500g pork and veal mince
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, Cubed
  • 40g Kale, Stems removed
  • 40g panko breadcrumbs
  • 125g Milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes, Or onion powder
  • 40g Bbq sauce

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add milk to panko breadcrumbs in a bowl and set aside
  2. Grate Parmesan & kale 5 sec / sp 9 / mc on
  3. Add all other ingredients and knead Dough mode for 60-90 sec or until just combined
  4. Oil your hands so that the mixture does not stick and roll into balls
  5. Pan fry in some oil or bake in the oven for 20-25min at 180-200deg
  6. I like to cook them in my Airfryer at 200deg for 10mins, then give them a shake and cook for an additional 5mins at 190-200deg
