Hi, the correct flour to use
Hi, the correct flour to use is corn masa flour and your tortillas will be a success. We cook them on the base side of a sandwich press and they take about 30 secs all up. Hope this helps.
Ciao, Chopsuey!
Thanks for an awesome meal
Thanks for an awesome meal full of flavor. I only used half a sachet of taco seasoning and added a can of red kidney beans too. Just wondered if anyone has any feedback on the tortillas and the cooking of them so as they're not soggy/doughy. Thanks heaps

I do use this when I make it for home and I have a salsa recipe to try with it as well, just haven't got round to trying it as yet.
Happy cooking
