I've been making this recipe for 8yrs. It's quick, easy and still is a family favourite. We add veggies &/or beans as well.

Great family dish, the kids loved it. We added in a can of retried beans to mix.  tmrc_emoticons.)

Making this again for tea tonight as I type. Made it only the other week, and was a huge hit with my daughters (4 & 2.5) plus my partner. I also add a tin of kidney beans. Quick, easy, yummy dish which will be a regular here!   Love

Hi, the correct flour to use is corn masa flour and your tortillas will be a success. We cook them on the base side of a sandwich press and they take about 30 secs all up. Hope this helps.  tmrc_emoticons.;)

Thanks for an awesome meal full of flavor. I only used half a sachet of taco seasoning and added a can of red kidney beans too. Just wondered if anyone has any feedback on the tortillas and the cooking of them so as they're not soggy/doughy. Thanks heaps tmrc_emoticons.)
