Tip
If you have a TM6, you can brown your sausages succesfully. Twist sausages in half so they are still nicely sealed, but you have 2 pieces for each sausage.
On Cookidoo, search 'Browning Beef Cubes (well done)' and follow those steps. You will need to cook your sausages in 2 batches, each batch will take approx. 7 mins but you can prep your other ingredients etc while you wait.

Use any good quality sausages for this dish. I used Pork.
Use your favourite curry blend for this recipe. The everyday curry blend on cookidoo is great or use a shop bought blend such as Keens.
You can add another 200g of sausages if desired.
This dish freezes well.

I made this after seeing Collette make on her Facebook page. My husband loves curried sausages so thought I would spoil him. Was a bit concerned that quantity would be a little light on for us, but perfect for 2 with leftovers for his lunch. I will double next time so I can put a couple of containers in freezer. Thanks
Absolutely amazing and easy to make !!!!!
