  • 700 grams tomato passata
  • 1 cans Diced Tomato
  • 500 g Diced lamb shoulder
  • 2 cans Butter beans drained
  • 1 bunches Quartered bunch coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 --- 2 large quartered onions
  • 55 g Ghee
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Rima’s Fasoulyeh with meat
  1. 1. Add coriander to the bowl and chop speed 7 - 2 seconds and set aside
    2. add onion and garlic and chop speed 5 for 5 seconds
    3. return the coriander to the bowl with onion and garlic with 40g ghee - 9mins, varoma, soft speed reverse and mc off
    4. meanwhile seal your diced lamb on the stove with a little ghee and salt and pepper to taste, set aside
    5. remove the coriander and onion, do not clean the bowl, add your diced tomato and place blade cover in
    6. add your diced meat, coriander and onion, drained butter beans then add your Passata sauce, stir to combine, if it's not at max line, add some water till you reach max line
    7. set to slow cook - 6hrs
    salt and pepper to your liking, if you like it chilli add some chilli to your preference

    serve with Lebanese rice
