Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
If the chicken requires more cooking the proceed with the time, temperature and speed settings above for short time periods until done. This may occur for the following reasons:
1 Extra time required if you are cooking the chicken from frozen
2 Chicken roll that has a stuffing may require more or less time
If you prefer to have the meat browned you can do so using one of the following methods:
1 Carefully use a blow torch to brown the meat after you have cooked it
2 After cooking in the Varoma finish off the meat in the oven or grill to brown
3 Brown the meat before cooking in the Varoma
