Recipe's preparation
- Add some oil to a Le Cruset pot then add the chicken and cook in 180 degree oven
- While the chicken is cooking in oven add 30g butter
- Add 6 shallots
- Add 500g mushrooms – sliced
- 10 min/100°C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Add 2 x 435g cream of mushroom soup
- Add ¼ cup port
- Add 1 ½ cups milk
- Add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Add 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 3
- Once mixed pour over the chicken and put it back in the oven on 160 degrees for 1 hour.
- Add 2 x 300ml sour cream and stir through
