Recipe's preparation

This was a quick mash up of what I had left over in my fridge at the end of the week, feel to swap out any vegies, for others, you just need to have the meat/ vegie mix to the 1.5 liter mark on your bowl before adding the Paster sauce and tined tomatoes.
  1. Chop Onion and Garlic for 5 seconds on speed 5, Scrap down the bowl and then cook for 3 mins at varoma.

Add rump steak (still partly frozen) and blitz on turbo for 1 sec 3-4 times.

Add Vegies, and chop on speed 5 for 5 seconds, (add a bit at a time as you want to end up at the 1.5Liter mark)

Add the Paster sauce and tin tomatoes. ( Rinse out the tin and jar using about 100mils of water)

Cook at 100 for 15 mins, at speed 1 with the Simmering basket on the lid as it can splatter.

(Note, I like a smooth sauce, I blitzed my at speed 5 for 30 sec at the end)

Make up your Lasagne using homemade Sheets or store ones.

    Chesses sauce.

In a clean bowl add Milk, salt and pepper to taste, chesses and plan flour

Cook at 90 on speed 4 for 3 mins.

And poor over the top of the Lasagne.

Bake in a 180 oven for 20/30 mins to the  Lasagne sheets are soft and the top has browned.
