      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion and garlic in bowl and chop 3sec/Sp5

    Spray olive oil and cook 3min/100/sp2

    Add mince and break up in bowl and cook 10mins/Varoma/reverse soft mix

    Add Taco seasoning and cook 1min/100/Sp1

    Prepare salad (mixed leaves, fresh tomato, red onion, cucumber, jalapeños, other pt free veg etc.)
    Add a dash of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and seas salt and toss through the salad.
    Top with mince (1/5 of the portion) (2sp), 1TB WW sour cream (1sp), and 1-2 chopped laughing cow light cheese triangles (1-2sp) and finally one toasted and crumbled taco shell over the top (2sp)

    Mix it all up and enjoy!

Tip

Add 1/4 Avocado for 2sp, fresh coriander or herbs and a little Tabasco sauce to the dressing if you really want to flame things up.
