Recipe's preparation
Place milk and eggs in bowl and mix 5 seconds on speed 4.
Add the flour, sugar and salt and mix 30 seconds on speed 6.
Add melted butter and vanilla essence and mix 5 seconds on speed 3.
Pour into large bowl and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with butter (I use kitchen paper to spread it nice and evenly). Crepe pans are ideal but you can use a large fry pan too.
Use a ladel to pour around a quarter of a cup worth of mixture into the pan (dependent on pan size). The trick is to lift the pan off the heat while doing it and swirl the mixture coating the bottom of the pan to form a nice thin circular crepe then return to heat.

Tip
We love these for breakfast. Spread strawberry jam on them or sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice and roll up into a log. The kids really love these too! Best served and eaten warm but can be refridgerated. Unsure about freezing as we never have any left to freeze

First time i’ve ever made crepes but it was soooo easy with this recipe! I cut the recipe by 1/3 and I got 9 large crepes. My tips would be don’t overfill your pan and don’t cook for too long.
We made sweet (maple syrup, rolled) and savoury (bacon and back cheese, sandwich’ed over) - delicious! 3 year old ate 3 of them and asked for them again at dinner time!

Great recipe, thank you! Quick, easy and tasty. Didn't take long to get the hang of pouring out the batter to get thin delicious crepes. I made these for Father's Day brekkie for my husband and toddler, they went down very well with lemon, sugar and a smidge of vanilla ice cream.

Also our fam love the thermy premium salted caramel sauce drizzled on a crepe with fresh lime juice Then rolled up.Too yummy.
I cannot rave about these
I cannot rave about these enough. Just beautiful. I make batches of this, cook and freeze them individually and bag them all up to take out when needed for midweek breakfast for family, breakfast in seconds. Can't make enough of them. Never bothered to make crepes before as I thought they were too fiddly. Now prefer making them to pancakes and because I make them so large you can pull fillings on easily. Tried cooked cooled mushrooms/garlic/spring onions and grated cheese folded up in crepe and heated/toasted slightly on sandwich press. Tasted exactly like my favourite from a crepe place I used to go to. You can try making endless combo's both sweet and savoury!. Thanks for a great recipe this is my new favourite thermy recipe yet!

This quantity made 8 dinner plate sized crepes easily.
Next time, I will add a bit more milk to make them a bit runnier to get them a bit thinner.
I made an orange sauce from the Taste.com site to turn them into crepe suzettes, which was a huge dinner party success. I may try to adapt the sauce recipe for Thermo, or hope that someone clever will.
