Creamy Sage and Corn Sauce served with Pirogi

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 1/2 leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1tblsp Ricebrand Oil
  • 250gms diced Pumpkin
  • 100gms sliced mushrooms
  • 5-10gms Sage, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Corn Ear, Cut off Kernals
  • 300mls cream
  • 60mls water
  • 2tblsp vegie stock, EDC

1 Recipe Pirogi - MWOC

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Make 1 Recipe Dough of Pirogi from the MWOC Book set aside. 


    Put a pot of Water on stove to bring it to the Boil.


     

  2. Wash Leek cut to TM size and Garlic into TM bowl 5 Seconds/ Speed 3. Cook for 3 Min/100.c/Speed 1.


    Scrap Down TM Bowl.

  3. Add Rest of Ingredients Cook 10 Min/100.c/ Speed 1.


     

  4. Roll, Cut and cook Pirogi Dough.

  5. When Sauce has Finished allow it to Rest 5 Minutes and Serve over Pirogi with a choice of Pan Fried Meat.

Tip

I used Spelt Flour in My Pirogi Mix it came out to Dence next time I would Use a different FLour or mix it,
