Crepes ( With Alcohol )

Ingredients

250 g

French Crepes - Captain morgans for taste (one shot should do..)

  • 3 gram eggs
  • 80 gram Milk (Any)
  • 50 gram raw sugar
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Captain Morgans original spice
  • 250 gram Plain Flour.

Recipe's preparation

    French Crepes
  1. Preheat a crepe pan or small pan. It is an idea to use canola spray if you think the crepes will stick to the pan.


    - Add Butter into TMX and melt, 40sec / Sp4 /40Deg


    - Scrape down the sides of the bowl and allow the TMX to cool for a few minutes or until reasonably cool.


    - Add all remaining ingredients and mix 20 Sec/Speed 5 or until combined.


    Ensure the mix can be poured into the fry pan, if mix is too thick add more milk and mix  10 Sec/Speed 5.


    Pour crepes into hot pan and watch carefully as they will cook quickly, when the colour changes to bege flip the crepe over and remove when cooked.


    I enjoy crepes with Nutella but you can have it with anything:


    - Banana


    - Sugar and butter


    - Golden syrup
