  • 2 --- garlic cloves
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 70 grams crunchy peanut butter
  • 120 grams chicken stock
  • 85 grams honey
  • 2 level teaspoons grainy mustard
  • 1 level teaspoon curry powder
  • 20 grams Satay sauce
  • 8 chicken thighs, Or 4 breasts

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation

  1. Chop onion and garlic for 2 seconds on speed 6

    add butter, sauté for 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed soft

    add remaining ingredients except chicken 

    mix for 3 seconds on speed 5

    add slices of chicken cook for 15 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse speed soft 

     

    serve with rice
