Recipe's preparation
remove the cauliflower and put in a sieve to push out the moister. Alternatively put in a teatowel and squeeze out moisture.

Tip
Because the base doesn't crisp up as much as a pizza base, you may need to eat with a knife and fork.

Add a commentI love pizza but don't love
I love pizza but don't love that 'heavy' feeling you get after eating it. This recipe lets you enjoy your pizza still but in a healthy way, i put ham, capiscum and tomato on for my topiings with a little grated cheese as well. It was different but tasty. Thanks
