Lunchbox Quiches

  • 150 gram Tasty or Colby Cheese
  • 225 gram Milk
  • 90 gram flour, Bakers, Spelt, Plain or alternative
  • 150 gram Diced bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 level tbsp dried italian herbs
  • some Vegetables of choice, Whatever you have on hand

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cheese, grate 8 secs / Speed 9
  2. Add Milk, Flour, Eggs, Bacon and other filling choices

    Mix 5 secs/ Speed 3
  3. Pour quiches into silicon tartlet moulds, cupcake moulds or muffin tins.

    Cook 180deg in the oven for 20-25 mins

    Very easy! The flavour was a bit bland for me but my fussy 5 year old loved them 😀 I will add some extra fillings next time.
