Pizza Dough (New York Style)
- 370 grams lukewarm water
- 12 grams salt
- 6 grams sugar
- 5 gram fresh yeast or 2 grams instant dry yeast
- 597 grams pizza flour
- 18 grams extra virgin olive oil

- Place water, salt, sugar, yeast into mixing bowl mix 30 sec/speed 2
- Place flour into bowl mix Dough"Dough mode" /3 min 3 sec
- Let rest for 1 Hour
- Add oil than Dough"Dough mode" /2
min - Take dough out of bowl place in a contaner and rest for 1 hour
- Than fold dough place in contaner, put dough in the refrigerator for anywhere from 24 to 72 hours than after that time come back to this recipe for the next step
- take the dough out of the refrigerator and shape the dough into 4 pizza balls
- allow the dough to warm up to room temperature for 2-4 hours
- Top dough with your favorite topping and bake for 10 to 15 minutes 300°C, or until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving hot.

Makes 4x 10inch pizzas
Dough also freezers well after you have
shaped the dough in to balls and let rest for 4 hours simply place the dough balls in to the freezer and once frozen pakage them up than when ready to use get dough balls out of freezer
being sure to take out of packaging right away then let them thaw-out on the benchtop and come up to room temperature for 2-4 hours than use
