      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Insert Blade Cover and press down firmly to secure

    Add 170g white vinegar

    Add 1700g boiling water
  2. Step 2
  3. Set 15min/100°/Rev/Stir speed

    When temp reaches 100° press speed selector button to stop
  4. Step 3
  5. Remove MC (do not replace)

    Set 7min/100°/Rev/Stir Speed

    Crack eggs one at a time through hole in the lid
  6. Step 4
  7. Adjust time as follows:

    2 eggs - 3min 30sec

    4 eggs - 4min
  8. Step 5
  9. Remove with a slotted spoon

    Place on a clean tea towel or paper towel to drain
  10. Serving Suggestions
  11. Serve on toast with smashed avocado

    Serve with Hollandaise Sauce

    Serve on salads eg. Caesar Salad
