If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Insert Blade Cover and press down firmly to secure
Add 170g white vinegar
Add 1700g boiling water - Set 15min/100°/Rev/Stir speed
When temp reaches 100° press speed selector button to stop - Remove MC (do not replace)
Set 7min/100°/Rev/Stir Speed
Crack eggs one at a time through hole in the lid - Adjust time as follows:
2 eggs - 3min 30sec
4 eggs - 4min - Remove with a slotted spoon
Place on a clean tea towel or paper towel to drain - Serve on toast with smashed avocado
Serve with Hollandaise Sauce
Serve on salads eg. Caesar Salad
