If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Cut bok choy into halves
Cut white stems lengthwise if too thick
Method
Chop garlic "Closed lid" 3 secs/Sp 7
Scrape down
Add oil of choice
Saute "Closed lid" 3 mins /Varoma /Sp 1
Add bok choy leaves in first then white stems
Add dash of salt to taste
Cook "Closed lid" 1 min 30 secs /Varoma"Counter-clockwise operation" MC OFF /"Gentle stir setting"
Check and stir in uncooked veg as necessary "Closed lid" 30 - 60 secs/ Varoma/ MC OFF/"Gentle stir setting"
Stir in dash of sesame oil (optional) and serve immediately

Adjust time to content eg 500gm bok choy 3-4 minutes or more to desired texture.
