If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking dish approx 15cm x 15cm with baking paper and/or olive oil spray.
Add to tmx bowl the carrot, zucchini, onion, red capsicum, celery and bacon.
4 seconds/ speed 5
add to bowl the rest of ingredients.
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2/ 20 seconds
repeat mix if necessary
pour into prepared dish and bake for 35-40 mins or until golden brown on top.

Tip
If you use pre-cut bacon pieces add in step 3.
I have been adding some sweet potato in step 2- adds a different flavour!

AAAARRRGGGHHH, I am very new (2 weeks) to Thermomix ,and as part of my 28 day training thing I had to save a recipe to Cookidoo. I used this one- how do I keep it loose and pretty like in the photo?
mine is a pink mush (red Capsicum) I cant tell that there is Zuchini or bacon or anything else for that matter, what am I doing wrong?

I added fresh corn kernels as I didn't have enough zucchini. I also used mainly Parmesan cheese with some cheddar.

Very easy recipe. I don't like corn and didn't have any bacon, so I added some thinly sliced hot salami on top. Yum. Will definitely make again.

I didn't have zucchini, bacon or capsicum so I added 1 potato, a small sweet potato, garlic and spinach. My 9 month old loved it for dinner.

Great recipe, thanks. I put a bunch of different veggies in (low FODMAP version) and it turned out well; sweet potato, carrot, zucchini, capsicum, spring onion tops, rainbow chard, kale and fresh basil. Next time I'll have bacon too, yum!

Wow, what a great recipe. As I didn't have corn, substituted mushrooms instead. I never have success with larger quiche type recipes so thought I'd be safer placing mixture into a 12 portion muffin tin. I cooked for 30mins, and they turned out absolutely perfect! Will definitely be one of my regular favourites from now on!!
