- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 150g Raw beetroot
- 100g brown mushroom, fresh
- 1tsp paprika
- 1/2tsp mustard powder
- 1/2tsp ground cumin
- 1/2tsp Ground Coriander
- 2cm turmeric, fresh, or 1/4tsp ground tumeric
- 95g canned black beans
- 250g brown rice, (Cooked)
- 1tbsp Flaxseed
- 1tbsp miso paste, light
- 50g rolled oats
- 55g walnuts

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place:
Onion
garlic
beetroot
mushroom
turmeric
plaxseed
rolled oats
walnuts
into Thermomix and blitz 10 seconds, speed 7/8
Place remaining ingredients in and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds. It may need a helping hand by putting your spatula through the hole whilst mixing.
Mould into patties, place in fridge for 30 mins then bake ast 190 degrees for 30 mins flipping half way.
