Curry Eggs
- 80 grams Butter
- 300 grams brown onion, chopped into wedges
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 4-6 eggs, hard boiled
- 500 grams Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 40g grams plain flour
- 2 pinches black pepper
- Toast or Cooked Rice, to serve
- 2 tbsp curry powder

Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add 40g butter, onion, and curry powder to bowl. Sautee on high heat using the Cookidoo recipe - Sautee Onions
- Add remaining butter, milk, flour and salt to bowl. Cook using Thicken Mode.
- Add boiled eggs quartered and gently stir through curry sauce and servce
