  • 80 grams Butter
  • 300 grams brown onion, chopped into wedges
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 4-6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 40g grams plain flour
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • Toast or Cooked Rice, to serve

Recipe's preparation

    Directions
  1. Add 40g butter, onion, and curry powder to bowl. Sautee on high heat using the Cookidoo recipe - Sautee Onions
  2. Add remaining butter, milk, flour and salt to bowl. Cook using Thicken Mode.
  3. Add boiled eggs quartered and gently stir through curry sauce and servce
