Gluten-free Cauliflower, potato & Parmesan mash

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

Cauliflower & Potato Mash

  • 500 grams desiree potatoes, peeled, tubes
  • 300 grams Cauliflower broken into florets
  • 40 grams Butter, chopped
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 600 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Mash
  1. Place Parmesan cheese into TMX bowl & grate 10sec/speed 9. Set aside.


    Clean & dry TMX bowl


    Put Potatoes & Cauliflower in TMX bowl add 600g water, salt 15 min/100degree/speed 1 MC off.


    Drain water out, put butterfly on put soft butter in & grated parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste and parsley if like counter-clockwise operation for 30 sec/speed 5


    Pour in baked dish and sparkley with Cheese and grill for 5 min or untill cheese melts.

    Very easy, quick and very yummy. I did put the butterfly in the bowl right at the start, did the boiling on reverse 1 for 15 mins, and the blending on speed 3 instead of 6. This way I retained a bit more texture and also saved me from squeezing in the butterfly when the bowl is full...

    Very easy and yummy. A good substitute for mashed potato. The kids loved it and even went back for seconds. That definitely means a winner in my household! tmrc_emoticons.)
