- 150 g Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 level tsp Veg Stock Paste
- 1 level tsp ground cumin
- 1 level tsp chilli powder
- 2 level tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano, dried, Mexican
- 1 pinches cinnamon
- 1 pinches clove, ground
- 150 g flour
- 800 grams canned sweet corn kernels
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- 1.Add cheese to mixing bowl

2. add milk, eggs, stock, spices and combine 4/speed 4
3. add flour and corn combine 40 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp 3
4. Heat non stick frypan and add a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into pan.
5. cook until golden
serve with fresh avocado, lime wedge, sweet chilli sauce or salsa and sour cream
