Recipe's preparation

    Burgers
  1. chop celery and carrots speed 5/ 5 seconds (any leftover veggies will do)

    add lentils and water

    25 minutes / speed 1 / 100 degrees

  2. Shaping burgers
  3. Add breadcrumbs

    Shape burgers

    toss in flour dip in egg white cover in breadcrumbs

  4. Fry
  5. lightly fry in pan until browned

    I also add a tablespoon of curry powder to the water to add a bit more of flavour
