      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Place warm water in the TM bowl and heat with the kettle function to 37°C.
  2. Add flour & salt to the TM bowl & knead for 5 mins / Dough mode.
  3. Remove dough onto a floured silicone bread mat. Clean & dry TM bowl.
  4. Filling
  5. Add parsley to TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5. Add feta & mix for 5 sec / speed 4.
  6. Assembly
  7. Place a pan on high heat. Divide dough into 10 balls & roll each ball into a circle to 1 mm thickness.
  8. Spread parsley & feta mixture onto half of the circle. Fold the circle over (to form a semi-circle).
  9. Once the pan is hot place gozleme onto the pan and cook each side until it starts to bubble.
  10. Remove from heat and repeat with the remaining mixture.
