Recipe's preparation
- Place warm water in the TM bowl and heat with the kettle function to 37°C.
- Add flour & salt to the TM bowl & knead for 5 mins /
.
- Remove dough onto a floured silicone bread mat. Clean & dry TM bowl.
- Add parsley to TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5. Add feta & mix for 5 sec / speed 4.
- Place a pan on high heat. Divide dough into 10 balls & roll each ball into a circle to 1 mm thickness.
- Spread parsley & feta mixture onto half of the circle. Fold the circle over (to form a semi-circle).
- Once the pan is hot place gozleme onto the pan and cook each side until it starts to bubble.
- Remove from heat and repeat with the remaining mixture.
