Sop Sayur

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 pieces shallots
  • 1500 grams Drinking water
  • 1 piece carrot, slice
  • 1 piece potato, dice 2cm
  • 4 stalks baby green beans, cut into 3-4 cm
  • 5 leaves White cabbage, cut into 3cm
  • 1 stalk celery leaf, leaves only
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken powder, (masako chicken for Indonesian taste)
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mushroom Bouillon
  • 15 grams oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. thinly slice 2 cloves garlic and 3 piecesshallots using TM cutter (or manual)
  2. Place the sliced garlics and shallots into the mixing bowl
  3. Add 15 grams oil. Sautee 5 min / 120 / sp 1
  4. Add 1500 grams drinking water (the soup later will be more clear if using different bowl). Kettle mode 100 C
  5. Pour the boiled water into the bowl with sauteed garlic and shallot (if using different bowl). Add 1 piece carrot, 1 piece potato. Cook 8 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
  6. Add 4 stalks green baby green beans, 5 leaves white cabbage, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1 teaspoon mushroom bouillon. Cook 5 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
  7. Add in 1 stalk celery leaf. Cook 1 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
  8. Serve with warm rice and sambal
