Tip

This recipe is a great way to use extra Granola from the Chicken and pumpkin crunchy museli recipe from chef Scott O’Sullivan.  Visit’s Scott’s recipe here for the recipe for the Pistachio and oat crunchy museli recipe.

· To make your own fruit bread, see the Everyday Cookbook for the recipe.
·
Left over pistachio and oat granola can be stored in an airtight container and added to yoghurt and fruit at breakfast or used as a base for homemade granola bars.

A great breakfast idea is to make slow cooked eggs in your Thermomix and top them with the granola and a side of crispy bacon.
