- 100 g Gluten free vegan penne pasta
- 150 g non dairy milk, I use regular Soy Milky.
- 100 g water
- 30 g Soy Cheese, I use Woolworths Macro. It melts well.

Recipe's preparation
Add pasta, water and milk to bowl.
Cook 90 degrees Speed 2 for 10 minutes.
Add cheese. If it's looking too thick you can also add a splash more milk or water. I will often add 1 x MC full of frozen peas & corn at this point too.
Cook 90 degrees Speed 2 for a further 5 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Tip
This recipe is pretty average for the adult pallet, but can be enhanced with salt and pepper to taste and a dollop of mustard. I use either Dijon or seeded.
