Veggie Loaded Wholefood Pasta Sauce

  • 2 pieces spring onion, cut to thirds
  • 1 stalks celery stalk, roughly chopped
  • 2 level tbsp olive oil
  • 150 grams pumpkin, cubed, skin on (opt)
  • 80 grams green beans, chopped 2-3cm pieces
  • 1 scoop fresh spinach leaves
  • 50 grams tomato paste
  • 400 grams tomato passata
  • to taste water, for desired consistency

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion, celery and oil in moxing bowl and chop 6secs/speed5. Saute 2.30mins/120deg/speed1
  2. Add pumpkin to bowl and chop 4secs/speed8
  3. Add all other ingredients and place measuring cup and lid in place. Cook 18mins/110deg/REVERSE/speed1
