Bestest Mac'n;Cheese
- 120 grams cheese
- 60 grams parmesan
- 45 grams plain flour, (or gluten free flour)
- 50 grams Butter, (or olivani or Pepper&Me good time butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, (or Pepper&Me man grind)
- 250 grams Milk, (of your choice)
- 250 grams water
- 1 tablespoons paprika, (or Pepper&Me man rub)
- 200 grams bacon
- 250 grams Macaroni Pasta
- 1200 grams water
- breadcrumbs, (or any of the Pepper&Me crumbs

- Add cheeses to the mixing bowl. Grate 5 seconds / speed 8. Set aside.
- Add 1200g water to the mixing bowl and use kettle mode to boil water.
- Add pasta to the mixing bowl. Cook 10 minutes / 100°C / reverse blades / speed 1.
- Drain pasta (using simmering basket or varoma dish) and add to an oven dish
- Add bacon and butter to the mixing bowl. Cook 3 minutes / 90°C / reverse blades / speed 1.
- Add milk, water, reserved cheeses, flour, paprika and salt. Cook 8 minutes / 90°C / reverse blades / speed 2.
- Add sauce to dish and stir to combine with pasta.
- Optional: top with crumb.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
