Bacon Mushroom Tomato Risoni Pasta

  • 350 g Bacon Pieces
  • 1 onion, Peeled and halved
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 200 g fresh brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 1-2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 800 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 bunches fresh basil
  • 200 g dried risoni pasta
  • 150 g Fresh Baby Spinach

Recipe's preparation

  1. place onion in bowl
    Speed 5 - 3 seconds
  2. add oil and bacon pieces
    7 minutes - 100 deg - speed 2
  3. add all remaining ingredients except spinach

    Cook 15 minutes -100 degrees - speed 3 -
  4. Serve on bed of fresh baby spinach
