If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Step 1 : Cut 500g cauliflower into chunks
Step 2: Add to mixing bowl and chop 5 seconds, REVERSE, Speed 5
Step 3: Tip chopped cauliflower into steaming basket and place into mixing bowl
Step 4: Add 500g water
Step 5: Cook 10-12 minutes (depending on how soft you like your rice), varoma, speed 3.

Tip
This is a great, healthy alternative to rice. My toddler also loves it and it is a sneaky way to get him to eat a serve of veggies!
