Chicken and Spinach Pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 sprigs parsley
- dash oil
- 1 large chicken breast
- 400 grams tinned or fresh tomato
- 150 grams Philadelphia Cheese
- 1 tablespoon vegie stock concentrate
- 100 grams water
- 60 grams baby spinach
- 400 grams pasta of your choice

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Cook pasta on stove according to packet directions
2. Place garlic, onion and parsley in bowl.
3. Blitz for 5 secs on Speed 7. Scape down sides.
4. Insert Butterfly attachment
5. Add chicken and oil
6. Cook 5mins, 100 degrees, reverse speed, spoon soft
7. Scrape chicken off butterfly whisk
8. Add tomatoes, water and stock
9. Cook 15 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, spoon soft.
10. Add cream cheese
11. Cook 5 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, spoon soft.
12. In the last 3mins add the spinach
12. Sir sauce into pasta

Very yummy, I only used one clove of garlic, but next time I’ll increase to two or three. There was plenty of sauce too, so I will probably cook about 700gms of pasta. Leftovers,,,yay!
