If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Delicious! I only had 300mls of cream, so I added cream cheese, sour cream and a bit of milk to make it up to 600mls. It made it so rich and creamy!

    Super, Delicious Side Dish!!

I made this last night as a side to grilled meat and it was delicious! Eveyrone loved it. It is very filling so a small portion is plenty. We omitted the chicken as I already had meat prepared. I also substituted a stock cube and 1Tbsp of Veggie Paste for the chicken paste as I had none prepared. Excellent recipe and I would definitely cook again. Thank you.Love

Greatness is upon YOU.  Act like it!

Yum, have made this twice, very easy and very yum. I used spiral pasta the 2nd time so it didn't look particularly beautiful as it blended a bit more than it should have.  I will have to experiment a little lol.

    Thanks for sharing.
