Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. place onion, garlic, and oil into mixing bowl and chop 5sec/sp5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and saute 5min/120deg/sp1.

5. mix sauce and mince 4sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp4 to combine.

Tip
Suitable for TM31 using Varoma temp to sauté onion and garlic.
Serve sauce with your favourite pasta (can be gluten free).
Can be frozen in portions
You could cut down on an onion and add additional veggies if you like.
I keep grated cheese (200g cubed, grate 5-6sec/sp6) in the freezer in zip lock bags so will sometimes add grated cheese over the top.
