100 grams Sharp Provolone cheese, cut into 3-4 cm cubes
100 grams Mozzarella Cheese, shredded or torn into pieces
250 grams Fresh ricotta cheese
125 grams cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1.5 level tsp Dried parsley

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

Add provoloneto TM bowl. Insert MC. Grate 5 seconds, speed 9. Set aside.

Add mozzarella and grate 3 seconds, speed 9.

Add ricotta, cream cheese, reserved provolone, egg and parsley. Mix 10 seconds, speed 3.5.

Use as required.
