Recipe's preparation

    Stuffing
  1. Follow the recipe:

GREEK OVEN RICE IN THE TM5! - SO QUICK AND EASY

Using the Rice for Stuffing ingredients.

  2.

Should you wish to add the Non-Vegitearian option:

Lightly fry the pork and veal mince together with the olive oil and tomato paste. It does not need to be heavily fried as the meat will cook further in the oven.

This can be done quickly while the rice is finishing off.

Once both are ready, mix rice and meat mix together.

  3.

Mix the tomato, salt and vinegar [5sec, sp7]

  4.

Put the zucchini on a baking tray with the hollow upward and put stuffing in the hollow. Be generous and pat the stuffing down.

  5. Pour the tomato mix over the stuffed zucchinis.

    Then sprinkle with fetta.

  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven on 220C for 20 mins covered and then 20 mins not covered.

This was really good! I have a TM 31 so cooked rice by chopping onion and garlic, saute in butter and oil. Add the water, stock and oregano and set to 100deg 15 min reverse 1. After 5 mins i removed the MC and added in the rice...leave the MC off, 10 mins later its done!
