Recipe's preparation

    Cooking rice
  1. cook rice as Happy Japanese Sushi Rice

     

  2. Vinegar mix
  3. after empty rice water

    put in vinegar mix

    2min/50/3    

    pour on, mix gently into warm rice

    let it cool before rolling or constructing sushi

Tip

my kids like it sour with lots of apple cider vinegar,sushi rice doesn't get so hard in the fridge.great for school lunch.
