- 400grm Boiling water
- 400grm coconut cream
- 2tbls Dijon mustard
- 250grm Spiral pasta
- 5 blocks frozen spinach leaves
- 1 cup peas

3. Saute 4 mins 100 degrees speed 1
4. Insert butterfly
5. Add chicken, veg stock, honey, water, coconut cream, mustard and pasta
6. Cook 20 mins 100 degrees reverse speed 1
7. Put frozen spinach blocks in a sieve and run hot water over them to defrost
8. Put spinach and peas into thermo server and pour honey mustard chicken on top
9. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes for peace to defrost
