Lasagne soup

  • 1 bunches fresh basil, Leaves of 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 onion, 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 garlic, 1 clove of garlic
  • 400 grams Minced beef
  • to taste pepper, ground
  • 30 grams tomato paste
  • 800 grams Peeled tomato can
  • 600 grams beef broth
  • 6 sheets Lasagne sheets
  • 1 to taste dried italian herbs

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Set aside about 4 basil leaves, put the rest in the mixing pot, 3 sec/speed 6Blend, transfer
  2. Add 1 onion (quartered) and 1 garlic clove to the mixing pot5 sec/speed 5Blend, transfer
  3. Add 400g minced meat to the mixing pot and 3 pinches of pepper7 min/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1 without measuring cup
  4. Add 30g tomato paste, onion and garlic mix and add3 min/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1 without measurement cup
  5. Add 800g peeled tomatoes, beef broth, mixed basil and Italian herbs10 min/90°C/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1
  6. Break 6 lasagna plates into small pieces, add to the mixing bowl10 min/90°C/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1
  7. Arrange the soup on plates and garnish with basil leaves. If necessary, roughly add some parmesan with a hand grater over it.
