- 2 teaspoon minced garlic, cloves or garlic infused oil

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
1. 2tsp garlic, 30g olive oil and 150g bacon in bowl. Chop 5 seconds speed 6 or until bacon is chopped.
2. Add 600g tomatoes, 2tbs stock paste and 700g water or bone broth, cook 10 minutes/100 Deg/REVERSE speed 1
3. Add chicken pieces, chopped pumpkin, 200g basmati rice, herbs (basil, oregano and parsley) (optional mushroom)
4. Cook 40 mins/100 Deg/REVERSE speed 1, place simmering basket instead of MC.
5. Place spinach into bottom of thermo server and stir through risotto.
*Optional instead of adding pumpkin in step 2 you can roast cubes in oven and add at the end of cooking and stir through.
More Again Risotto
Can leave out tomatoes altogether and add some white wine instead
I personally use mushroom, bone broth and pumpkin and depending on my garden tomatoes! It tastes just as yummy without any of these.
