Shrimp Scampi

  • 450 grams raw shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 300 grams white wine
  • 1/4 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried italian herbs
  • 80 grams Butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder

Recipe's preparation

    Shrimp
  1. 1)  Heat oil 2minutes/100C/sp1.  Add the shrimp to the TM bowl and cook 2minutes/100C/speed2 reverse. Set aside but leave the juices in the TM bowl

     

    2)  Add the garlic and chop 5sec/sp5. Scrape down the bowl and add the wine and lemon juice. Cook 10minutes/varoma/speed2. The liquid should have reduced by half.

     

    3)  Add italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper cook 2minutes/100C/sp2

     

    4)  Add the shrimp and cook 2minutes/100C/Spoon speed Reverse

     

    5)  Add the shrimp and sauce to the premade hot pasta.

     

  2. Spaghetti
  3. 1)  Add the water to the TM bowl and boil 10minutes/100C/Speed1 Reverse

     

    2)  Break the pasta in half and feed thru the lid hole. Cook 12minutes/100C/Sp1 Reverse.

     

    3) Keep hot in the Thermoserver until shrimp is done.

Tip

If you like you can sprinkle a little fresh grated parmesan once it is plated.
