      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Absolutely delicious 😋. My whole family loves this sauce including the fussy 2 year old. The only thing I did different was add the meat straight to the bowl (didn't use the steaming basket) in step 8 as we like fine mince meat. Then in step 10 cooked only for another 5-10 mins instead of 15mins.

Made this last night, my husband said it was the Best sauce he has ever had. It was So nice! Even the Grandkids ate it! We had it with homemade spaghetti. I added a carrot and a zucchini with the onion. Definitely will be a go to Sauce for us!

  • I made this tonight for

    Submitted by Consultant_Kris on 27. June 2015 - 19:46.

I made this tonight for dinner for the family. Wow! Absolutely beautiful and so easy! I used meat stock paste instead of the Vege stock paste and added 1tbs of Worstershire Sauce. It was perfect!  I put this sauce on a slice of eggplant that I had chargrilled with cheese on top like a schnitzel... SOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!
