If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Put parmesan in thermomix and chop for (6 seconds/speed
2. Place onion & garlic in thermomix and chop (6 sec/speed 7)
3. Add oil and saute (3mins/speed 1)
4. Place carrot, zucchini and capsicum and chop (3sec/speed7)
5. Add minced meat and oregano cook for (10min/100degrees/reverse speed 1)
6. Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes, vegie stock paste, tomato paste & wine and cook for 16mins/100degrees/reverse speed 1)
7. Cook pasta after making the sauce (125g)
