  • 500 grams pasta
  • 1 small onion
  • 300 grams Smoked Trout
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh
  • 150 grams cream

Recipe's preparation

    Put water in TM bowl and cook at 100 °C for 14 minutes as per EDC page 16.
  1. Then add pasta and cook for 10 minutes on reverse 100 °C counter-clockwise operation

  2. Drain pasta and put aside.

  3. Rinse TM bowl and then add the onion and turbo for 2 seconds, then add trout and turbo for 2 seconds, add dill, pasta, cream and lemon juice then reverse counter-clockwise operation on speed 2 using spatula until combined.

  4. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe


You can use a red onion, you could also substitute carnation milk for the cream. Adjust dill to your taste and add as garnish if wanted!      Enjoy!

    Very easy and very tasty. I agree it needs more sauce, so I added a big dob of yoghurt, which was lovely.

    This was delicious. I added some garlic and 1/4 cup of white wine. The sauce was only just enough for the 4 of us, so I may adjust the quantities next time, and there will be a next time!

    I have wonderful childhood memories of enjoying trout after Dad got back from a fishing expedition.  Thanks, Chelle72.  I haven't had a chance to try your recipe yet, but it looks lovely.  I am going to link to it in my newsletter this week, to celebrate 150 Years of Trout in Tasmania.
