Ingredients

  • 30 g olive oil
  • 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 100 g verjuice or white wine
  • 500 g water
  • 2 tablespoons TM vegetable stock
  • 250-310 g Spiral or shell pasta
  • 400 g tinned tuna, drained
  • 325 g Tinned corn
  • 2-3 bunches Parsley, fresh, leaves only

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl

  2. Add oil and saute 3min / Varoma / speed 1

  3. Add tomatoes, verjuice, water and stock and cook 10min / speed 1 / 100*C

  4. Add pasta, tuna, corn and parsley and cook 11 min / speed 1 / Counter-clockwise operation/100*C

  5. Pour into Thermoserver and serve
