Yaya's Kima (Granny's Bolognaise) Greek Style

Bolognaise Sauce

  • 100 grams parmesan, cubed
  • 1 onion (large), quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 heaped tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 heaped tablespoon TM vege stock
  • 2 x 400gm tin diced tomatoes
  • 5-600 grams extra lean mince
  • 100 grams wine (red or white)
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon ground, NOT OPTIONAL
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Bolgnaise Sauce
  1. Do tmrc_emoticons.~

    1tmrc_emoticons.~Place parmesan cheese  in TM & grate 10 sec on speed 9. Set aside

    2tmrc_emoticons.~Place onion & garlic & chop 3 sec on speed 6-7

    3tmrc_emoticons.~Add oil & saute 2 min at 100c on speed1

    4tmrc_emoticons.~Add mince,tomato paste, 1x tin tomato, wine, cinnamon, vege stock, salt & pepper cook 10 min  at 100c on Counter-clockwise operation + Gentle stir setting

    5tmrc_emoticons.~Add second tin tomato & cook further 10 min at 100c on Counter-clockwise operation + Gentle stir setting placing basket instead of MC onto bowl lid.

    Cook Pasta of your choice as per TM Instructions.

    Serve with Parnesan cheese. Njoy tmrc_emoticons.)
