- 100 g Tasty cheese, roughly cut into 2cm cubes
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, roughly cut into 2cm cubes
- 30 g Butter
- 2 Tbsp plain flour, (heaped Tbsp)

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place the chopped cheeses into the thermomix bowl and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 10 or until finely grated.
- Insert the butterfly, add the remaining ingredients and cook 7 mins at 80°C speed 4
