Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Insert butterfly whisk
- Place butter (cut into pieces) and sugar into mixing bowl. Whip for 12seconds speed 4.
- Add eggs and whip for 10seconds on speed 4 until egg is combined
- Add flour and baking powder and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4
- Lastly add milk and mix 3 seconds speed 4
- Scoop mixture into a mini muffin try filling each hole half way. Bake on 200 for about 10-15mins.
- Eat as they are or prepare icing - mine have passionfruit icing.
